Fountains Gold

Rich, mellow and buttery in flavour, with a golden appearance and a smooth, creamy texture. Handcrafted in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales using milk from local farms.

Yorkshire Cheddar

Yorkshire Cheddar handcrafted from Yorkshire milk for proper strength & character. A deliciously rich Cheddar that delivers a rounded multitude of flavours, with creamy subtle sweet, nutty notes and a savoury finish, brought together in a distinct firm and rugged textured extra mature cheddar cheese.This cheese recently won Grand Supreme and Best Cheddar at The Great Yorkshire Show 2018. As well as Silver at The International Cheese Awards.

Blue 16

A creamy, velvet-textured cheese with sweet caramel notes and a nutty, savoury flavour. An award-winning cheese launched in and named after 2016, to celebrate the year that our new creamery was completed. This cheese most recently won gold at the 2017 World Cheese Awards. 

Yorkshire Squeaky Cheese

Multi award winning Yorkshire Squeaky cheese.
Our traditional variety is a rich and creamy flavour. 
It continues to delight cheese lovers from around the world.
Made from local 100% cow's milk, salt and rennet.

Barnecliffe Brie

Barncliffe Brie is the soft mould-ripened cheese we have created using the wonderfully rich local milk. It develops its distinctive white coat whilst ripening in a special temperature and humidity controlled room with a filtered fresh air system to imitate the conditions found in original cheese cellars. It has a smooth texture with a rich golden centre and unique flavour.

Swaledale Cheese

Again made by the reeds, a smooth, moist, semi hard cheese which is best eaten young between 2 and 4 months
